All payment processing is accomplished securely through Theranest, the company’s electronic management software.
It is common for client’s to leverage their insurance benefits for certain services. Therapist are individually credentialed through insurance providers. Please visit your counselor’s profile page to view the insurances they work with. If you are using an in-network provider, your claim will be processed on your behalf.
For out-of-network services, therapists may provide a superbill for possible reimbursement from your insurance company. There is no guarantee by Atlas Concepts, LLC or your provider of any reimbursement through a superbill. In some cases, insurance plans may provide some support for out-of-network services. Contact your insurance provider directly to understand your benefits.
